These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and mobile applications published by Pixelminar Technologies. By downloading or using our apps you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the apps
You may use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
2. Intellectual property
All app names, logos, designs, code and content are the property of Pixelminar Technologies and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
3. No professional advice
Our apps provide information and reminders only. Prayer times are calculated estimates and may differ slightly from your local mosque. Dawai Dost is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Expense Tracker does not give financial advice.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Subscriptions (for example, to remove ads in Azan & Deen) are processed by Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel, and are subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy. You can cancel at any time in Google Play.
4a. Imam Connect and online classes
Imams listed in Azan & Deen are independent teachers, not employees or agents of Pixelminar Technologies. We review applications before listing an Imam, but we do not guarantee the quality, accuracy or outcome of any consultation or class. Fees are agreed and paid directly between you and the Imam; we are not a party to that payment. Treat each other with respect. Use the Report option for any problem, and we may remove any profile or account that breaks these Terms.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that reminders will always be delivered (for example, if your device restricts background activity).
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelminar Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the apps.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, India.
